Galen-Ames to return?

-It was confirmed Monday that Brianna Galen-Ames will contemplate a return to the Feast Fest roster in time for Feast Fest XVIII in 2012.

Ames, 16, became the youngest FF chef ever in November 2007 when she participated at age 12. In October 2010, she announced she was leaving Feast Fest to attend culinary school in Europe and made it seem as if 2010 would be her last event.

However, the rumor mill was in full strength when it came to Galen-Ames. As early as December 2010, it was rumored that she had cancelled her plans to move to Europe in June 2011. In March 2011, Galen-Ames listed her relocation plans as delayed, and in June she stated that the culinary school she was planning to attend had closed.

On June 27, 2011, Galen-Ames announced she would remain stateside for at least a year, but made no remarks about FF until today, when she said she would consider rejoining for 2012.

Galen-Ames is expected to speak at an FF press conference Tuesday to give details of her possible return.
