An entry from early Monday morning regarding the Windows on the Water exhibition gave the NCA score there as 87.4; it was 87.5.

A Monday entry regarding Brianna Galen-Ames said that she was the youngest chef ever when she joined in 2007. She was the youngest chef at the time, but not the youngest to join. The youngest ever was a 10 year old, Maxwell Greaves, who joined in 2010 but cooked for only 49 minutes. Greaves dropped out in the 2011 offseason
